To improve food tolerance and minimise this discomfort, it is advisable to follow an easily digestible diet with a low-fat content and few foods that irritate the mucosa or are high in fibre. Not all people respond to the same foods in the same way, so try to take note of what you eat in order to detect which foods are responsible for worsening your discomfort and\/or burning.
