Each person can consult their specialist about the most suitable version for their needs (whole milk, semi-skimmed or skimmed milk). In case of lactose intolerance, it is recommended to test the tolerance to fermented dairy products such as yogurt and cheese or use lactose-free dairy products. Soy, oat, rice, or almond milk are not nutritionally equivalent.
