Cheese and quince preserve ‘montaditos’
Ingredients (serves 2)
  • White country bread
  • Low-fat cheese (lactose-free in case of intolerance)
  • Quince paste (Quince cheese)
  • 1. Toast the bread
  • 2. Cut it into small squares.
  • 3. Cut the cheese into slices.
  • 5. Dice the quince paste.
  • 6. Prepare the ‘Montaditos’, by placing a slice of cheese and quince paste on top of the bread.
