Oatmeal crepes with ham and cheese
Ingredients (serves 2)
  • 200 g oatmeal flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g skimmed milk (lactose free in case of intoler-ance)
  • 20 g powdered milk (lactose free in case of intoler-ance)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • For each crepe:
  • 2 slices of cooked ham or turkey
  • 2 slices of cheese (lactose free in case of intolerance)

Recommendations

You can also add a ripe banana and 1 tbsp of baking powder to the oatmeal flour to get a pancake version.

You can fill the crepes with other ingredients according to taste. Crepes can also be eaten in different ways:

folded, in rolls or assembled.
