Open-faced mini sandwich with canned peaches
Ingredients (serves 1)
  • • 2 slices of crustless bread
  • • 1 canned peach
  • • 40 g light cream cheese
  • • Herbes de Provence
Method
  • 1. Toast the bread slices in a frying pan. Let cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2. Drain the peach well and cut into cubes.
  • 3. Mix the cream cheese with Herbes de Provence.
  • 4. Spread herbed cheese on toasted bread and arrange peach cubes on top.
