Fruit and yogurt ice pops
Ingredients (serves 4)
  • 4 peaches (or peaches in syrup)
  • 1 carrot
  • 20 seedless grapes
  • 1 high protein yogurt (lactose free in case of
  • intolerance)
  • 30 g skimmed milk powder (lactose free in case of intolerance)
Method
  • 1. Wash the grapes and peel the carrots and peaches properly. Put them in a container suitable for blending. Blend to a fruit smoothie.
  • 2. Mix the yogurt with the milk powder until homogeneous. Add to the fruit smoothie.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
  • 4. Unmold to get ice pops and eat immediately.

Recommendations

You can also replace the yogurt for dairy free yogurt and avoid powdered milk to obtain vegan ice pops. Other fruits and

vegetables can also be used by peeling and blending them properly. In case of diarrhea, choose peach in syrup.
